I love this time of year! Why do you ask? Because my birthday is coming up, it’s St. Patrick’s Day, and the Shamrock Shake! This shake is sooo delicious! Take a look at the nutrition facts. 17 grams of protein!! Eff making a protein shake at home or buying protein powder at GNC (Bilski, Joe). I’m going to McDonald’s for some Shamrock Shake deliciousness!
I got one today during lunch. Shouldn’t have though, no I feel all gurgly. How does one work while “gurgly”. It is tough. And if I play indoor soccer tonight, I may spew.
